Freedom Furniture Pieces You Might Love Too!

Every now and then I like to wander through the Freedom Furniture range and see what catches my eye. Freedom has long been one of those Australian home brands that consistently delivers pieces that feel stylish, practical and accessible for everyday homes. From statement furniture to smaller décor pieces, their collections often blend modern design with natural textures and timeless finishes.

For this month’s round-up, I’ve picked ten Freedom pieces that really stood out to me. Some are beautiful statement items like sofas and buffets, while others are smaller pieces that can instantly refresh a space without a full room makeover. Whether your home leans towards modern Australian, mid-century inspired, coastal or relaxed contemporary styling, there’s something here that could easily find a place in your home.

Below you’ll find the Freedom items I’m loving right now, along with a little inspiration on where they might work best and how you could style them in your own space.

1. Lubbeek Dining Chair — $569

The Lubbeek Dining Chair is a striking piece that brings classic mid-century style into a modern dining space. With its solid timber frame and padded black leather seat and backrest, it delivers both durability and comfort for long dinners with family and friends.

The clean lines and dark finish make it a great fit for mid-century inspired homes, modern Australian interiors or even minimalist dining rooms where statement furniture is key. If you’re looking to elevate your dining area with a timeless design, this chair is worth considering.

You can purchase the Lubbeek Dining Chair directly through Freedom Furniture online or in store across Australia.

2. Glasgow Bedside Table — $502

The Glasgow Bedside Table is a sleek and practical addition to any bedroom. Finished in matte black with subtle vertical grooves across the drawers, it offers a modern look while still feeling warm and textured.

The two drawers provide plenty of space to keep nighttime essentials neatly organised, while the metal base adds a contemporary edge. This piece would work beautifully in modern Australian, minimalist or contemporary bedrooms, especially those with darker colour palettes or contrasting timber furniture.

The Glasgow Bedside Table is available through Freedom Furniture stores or via their website.

3. Brielle Table Lamp — $79.95

Small lamps can completely change the feel of a room, and the Brielle Table Lamp is a lovely example of simple design done well. With its rounded glass base and soft glow, this compact lamp adds a gentle layer of light that works beautifully on bedside tables, shelves or reading corners.

Its minimalist silhouette means it blends easily into a range of interiors, from modern Australian and Scandinavian inspired homes to relaxed coastal spaces. At under $80 it’s also a very affordable styling piece.

The Brielle Table Lamp can be purchased online or in Freedom Furniture stores. I personally LOVE the moss but the white is more subtle if you aren't after too bold a statement.

Its neutral tones make it incredibly versatile, whether used beside a sofa, next to a lounge chair or as a decorative accent in a hallway. This table works particularly well in modern Australian, Mediterranean inspired or minimalist interiors where soft stone textures are popular.

The inverted basket shape and textile cord give it a relaxed, organic feel that suits bohemian, coastal or modern Australian interiors perfectly. It works particularly well over dining tables, kitchen islands or in living spaces that embrace natural materials.

The Sass Side Table proves that small pieces can still make a design statement. Featuring a circular terrazzo top and a sculptural three-leg base, it combines durability with a playful modern style.

It’s ideal beside a sofa, lounge chair or bed where you need a convenient spot for a drink, book or decorative accessory. This table works well in modern Australian, contemporary or eclectic interiors, particularly where terrazzo finishes are used as accent materials.
